Current Opportunities

Full Time / Part Time / Contract Web Developer 
Everbrave is on the lookout for talented web developers of varying experience levels. We work with our clients to develop bold, fresh websites and applications while staying focused on delivering exceptional business results. With WordPress as our primary CMS, we value experience and knowledge in all facets of developing efficient, exceptional products. Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop efficient and secure WordPress sites
  • Troubleshoot PHP and WordPress issues
  • Keep abreast of WordPress enhancements and updates
  • Ensure code meets current best-practice standards
  • Engage in QA-related activities
  • Assist with the Change Management process
  • Assist with Web Hosting and domain management

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • A four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering, and/or four years equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 4+ years professional PHP5 experience
  • 3 to 4+ years WordPress development experience
  • Experienced in developing complete solutions, from beginning to end, using PHP and MySQL
  • Expertise in developing, debugging, and performance tuning WordPress sites, plugins and themes.
  • Deep understanding of the WordPress core, theming, best practices, plugins and APIs
  • Understanding of WordPress custom content types and taxonomies
  • Proficient in web technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, REST, HTML5, CSS and XML
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular, React, Backbone, etc.
  • Working knowledge of building and optimizing Object Orientated web applications
  • Experience working with 3rd party APIs (Hubspot, Facebook, Twitter, shopping engines, etc.)
  • Experience using source control systems such as Git
  • Good understanding of application development methodologies
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm about web and other internet technologies
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Extremely adaptable and capable of working on multiple tasks and deliver in scope and on time

Inbound Marketing Consultant (Full Time)

You are an amazing, results-focused inbound marketer looking to work with a great agency and a great team of people. You will join our inbound marketing team as the primary point of contact for all client communications and campaign execution for our growing inbound marketing service offering. Your passion for business and dedication to achieving results is what gets you out of bed in the morning. You are a true evangelist of intelligent, data-driven inbound marketing strategies. (Oh – and you’re also a social media junkie and a bloglover!). RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain a rich content/editorial calendar each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.)
  • Foster client relationships and provide excellent customer service – get to know clients and their business, attend in-person meetings and initiate regular phone calls
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social and email subscribers
  • Grow new client leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Establish closed-loop analytics around your campaigns and content to understand how your inbound marketing activity is generating traffic and leads – and how we can grow it even faster
  • Collaborate with designers, marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our client’s target audience
  • Manage a team of copywriters and review all content to ensure appropriate and consistent tone, language, grammar, quality and length
  • Work collaboratively with executive and accounts teams on strategies and content tasks
  • Provide direction to external copywriter partners to produce, create, and edit high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources and marketing content in support of strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Business/Commerce/Communications degree or equivalent work experience
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience, copywriting, content strategy and blogging – with the goal of generating web visitors and leads (if no experience, you’ll need a stand out reason for why you’re right for the job!)
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • An agile and experimental learner, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals
  • Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Please note that training will be provided to those who meet the other requirements stated above but have not used the HubSpot marketing platform
  • Must possess proven time management and project management abilities
